Terms and conditions of car wash monthly membership

• Frankenmuth Car Care reserves the right to not enroll individuals for any reason.
   
• Memberships are non-trasnferable. Only the registered vehicle may use membership benefits, any attempts to use more than one vehicle will result in immediate membership cancellation.
   
• Frankenmuth Car Care reserves the right to alter, amend, or change membership fees, benefits, prices, promotions, and offerings at any time (including during membership term) and for any reason.
   
• All monthly membership is subject to automatic renewal.
   
• In the event that recurring member payments, for any reason, cannot be processed, Frankenmuth Car Care reserves the right to terminate membership.
   
• Cancellations must be made 7 business days prior to billing date to avoid being billed for the following month.
   
• Frankenmuth Car Care reserves the right to cancel or suspend membership, interrupt services, or to end membership at any time for any reason, at Frankenmuth Car Care discretion.  
   
• Membership is good for 1 wash per day, per registered vehicle.
   
• Membership fee will be automatically billed to your credit card each month on the corresponding renewal date.
   
• Prepaid credit cards/gift cards are not accepted for monthly membership.
   
• Frankenmuth Car Care reserves the right to close early and/or open late due to inclement weather, major holiday, or equipment maintenance.
   
• By activating, you agree to a recurring monthly charge for your Frankenmuth Car Care car wash membership.
   
• No refunds for already billed membership fees.
   
• To upgrade your wash type, customer pays the difference between current membership plan and the upgraded requested. i.e. - (silver to gold)
   
• If a vehicle with a Frankenmuth Car Care membership plan is sold, your Payment Method will continue to be charged until you deactivate that sticker or transfer the membership plan to another vehicle by visiting Frankenmuth Car Care and having a new sticker affixed to the new vehicle. Please remove the sticker from the old vehicle before selling to avoid any confusion.  
   
• Terms and Conditions subject to change without notice.
   
• For some Payment Methods, the card issuer may charge you additional fees; check with your Payment Method service provider for details. Frankenmuth Car Care has no responsibility or liability if your Payment Method is declined by your financial institution.
   
• You must be 18 years of age to purchase a Frankenmuth Car Care membership plan. Individuals under the age of 18 must use the Frankenmuth Car Care membership plan of their parent or legal guardian.  
   
• No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods.

Gift cards can be used towards Automatic Car Wash/ Oil Change/ Tire Center/ L.P. Gas

Gift cards have no cash value and can only be used towards services.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift cards have no expiration date.

Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

Frankenmuth Car Care reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

By purchasing a gift card, the purchaser agrees to these terms and conditions.
