Joining & using your plan

Enrollment is discretionary. Buyers must be 18; minors use a guardian’s plan. One wash daily, one registered vehicle. Sharing cancels membership. Upgrades cost the difference.

Recurring payments

Activation authorizes monthly credit-card renewal. Prepaid/gift cards excluded. Failed payments may end membership. Issuer fees may apply; the business is not responsible for bank declines.

Cancellation & refunds

Cancel 7 business days before renewal to avoid another charge. Billed fees and partial periods receive no refunds or credits.

Changing vehicles

Remove your tag before selling. Billing continues until deactivation or an in-person transfer with a new tag.

Changes & interruptions

Fees, benefits, prices, promotions and offerings may change during membership; terms may change without notice. Membership or service may be suspended, interrupted or ended at business discretion. Weather, major holidays and maintenance affect hours.

Gift cards

Usable for automatic washes, oil service, tires and propane. No cash value, refunds, cash exchange or expiration. Lost/stolen cards are not replaced. Terms may change without notice; purchase signifies acceptance.
